Digital Detox is a screen time and focus management application designed to help users reduce excessive digital usage and build healthier technology habits. The app monitors overall and app-wise screen time, allowing users to set daily usage limits and receive alerts when limits are reached. It also provides a Focus Mode that temporarily blocks distracting applications while allowing essential apps during focus sessions. Additionally, Digital Detox offers usage insights, behavioral reports, and improvement statistics to help users understand their digital habits and enhance productivity and well-being.
